Christmas Cards, Poetry, & Reviews

The latest update includes the news that the Christmas cards are finally online for sale!

Also Poetry!

Plus a new article and review.

The Christmas cards are the designs I’ve used for my own holiday mailings over the last several years. Each year, I create a new design. The practice developed partly because my mailing list got so long that it was less expensive to make my own than it was to buy commercially made cards. But it also developed because less and less was I able to find cards that actually expressed what was important to me about the Christmas season.

At present, ordering the cards has to be done by email, but I’m planning to add a PayPal shopping cart within the week.

I’ll be adding occasional poetry to the Gallery, as the whim takes me. “Holy Ground” was written at a time my home church was discussing our engagement with the people around our location – the middle of Hollywood. The images are from free providers.

The latest article is the Mythopoesis column on Naming. The latest review is about the DVD of Hitcha film that remains delightful on repeat viewings.

I’ll be continuing to tweak and update. More articles and reviews and ongoing features will be added.

About Sarah Beach

Now residing in Las Vegas, I was born in Michigan and moved to Texas when 16. After getting my Masters degree in English, I moved to Hollywood, because of the high demand for Medievalists (NOT!). As a freelance writer and editor, I find that Nevada offers better conditions for the wallet. I love writing all sorts of things, and occasionally also create some artwork.
